Frequently asked
How much does Plannii cost?
Downloading the app and organising an event are free. Plannii only takes a commission on transactions with sellers.
Is my money safe?
Payments run through Stripe. Plannii never stores card data. Funds reach the verified seller sub-account after delivery.
Do my friends need the app to join?
They just tap the group link. If they don't have the app yet, they are forwarded to the store.
Can I negotiate the price with a provider?
Yes. Once you receive the Agreement Card you can suggest your own amount with a note. The provider decides whether to accept it.
What if someone doesn't show up?
The Agreement Card sets strict payment deadlines and an optional deposit. A missed payment cancels the reservation automatically.
Can I join as a participant without an account?
After you tap the invite link you just enter your name. The account is created automatically.
